TERMS OF SERVICE
By purchasing art from me, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the Terms of Service.
BASIC
• All prices stated are in US dollars.• Payment upfront via PayPal. It is possible to split the payment 50/50, before and after the first sketch. I will only do detailed rendering after I am paid in full.• The average time it takes me to finish an artwork is a week, but it can be longer for more complex pieces. We will agree on a deadline while discussing the commission, but tight deadlines might require additional payment.• For traditional pieces, international shipping is possible. The cost is covered by the client after the artwork is finished and before it is shipped.• For digital commissions, the finished product is a high resolution .PNG file in RGB.• I have the right to refuse doing a commission without specifying a reason.• I may post the finished commission on any social media or use it in my portfolio.• You may post the finished piece anywhere you like, just please make sure to credit me as the artist and attach a link to my page.• The price of the commission can't be changed after I've started working on the commission. Shipping costs may fluctuate depending on the size and weight of the painting, but the commission itself has a fixed price.
THE PROCESS
• For portraits from photos, please provide a good quality, well-lit picture. I cannot make a good painting from a grainy, blurry, dark, or awkwardly cropped photo. Same goes for videos — it's preferred that the reference doesn't move too much.• For character commissions, you must provide a reference sheet or, if you don't have one, a detailed verbal description. You may add any number of photos that match the way you see the character.• I have the right to interpret references a bit differently to match my creative expression. I will not make the subject unrecognisable, but I might adjust the colours or details if I think it will make the piece look better.• You may offer up to three major changes for the drawing before it's finished. Major changes include things like redrawing the pose, changing clothes and the composition (must be done during the sketch phase), changing the colours or lighting. I will not redo the base of the drawing after I have started rendering. Any major changes after the initial three will cost extra depending on the difficulty ($10-30). You may offer small suggestions at any time during the process.
